Eye Watch Investigations, INC was founded in Tampa, Florida by Jude Cabrouet in 2000, he has over 20 years experience working in the private sector with a degree in criminal justice and computer science. Mr. Cabrouet worked as a bail bonds investigator for 15 years where he persued and arrested over 700 fugitive all over the United States. Mr. Cabrouet also has 15 years experience in executive protection, private security, legal process services, video surveillance, legal defense, investigations, workers compensation fraud, insurance fraud, cheating spouse, child custody cases and criminal and civil investigations. Most all of our investigators are former law enforcement detectives, federal agents, military police and US Marshals.

We perform cases locally but follow cases all over the United States. Eye Watch Investigations handles numerous and difficult types of investigations with various scenarios. All case work is specifically design for the individual case and clients needs.
